NDC: Nana Addo Should Relocate To Somalia Or Iraq

...Since He Believes In Suicide Missions

The ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) party has asked the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) to remove Nana Akufo-Addo as their flagbearer for his infamous “all die be die” comment since it is obvious the NPP leader has the proclivity for violence which is inimical to Ghana’s growing democracy.

At a press conference held on Thursday and addressed by its General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, popularly known as General Mosquito, the NDC said if Nana Addo believes that suicidal mission is the best way to attain political power, then it is better he relocates to Somalia, Iraq or possibly Afghanistan.

“What is surprising to us is that the leader of the NPP who claims to believe in the rule of law and the need to strengthen state institutions to discharge their duties within the context of the law is now calling on his party supporters to take the law into their own hands to cause mayhem by confronting security agencies in the performance of their duties…If Nana thinks suicide bombing is the best way to achieve his political ambition then we suggest he considers relocating to countries like Afghanistan, Somalia and Iraq to pursue that ambition,” General Mosquito said.

The NDC Chief Scribe, who accused Nana Addo of inciting NPP activists to set ablaze the NDC’s office in Akyem Abuakwa during the 2000 General Elections, urged Nana Addo to withdraw and apologize unconditionally to Ghanaians.

“The NDC has no option but to call on Akuffo Addo to withdraw these unfortunate statements and apologize unconditionally to all Ghanaians, particularly his own party for putting them into such an awkward and embarrassing situation by these utterances”.
